INVESTMENT
Fees
Fees for sessions align with the Fee Schedule set by the Psychological Association of Alberta and are due at the end of each session.
Psychological services do not include a GST charge.
Should you require reduced-cost services below what is offered through our intern team, you may access low or free-of-cost services through our resource page.
Investment
Therapy is an investment in your mental, emotional and physical health that when committed to can be an incredibly impactful part of your wellness routine that supports you in healing through challenging times and thriving in good times.
Insurance
Insurance plans, employee benefits plans, or extended health plans may cover services, in part or fully. Please contact your provider directly to confirm coverage. You will be provided with a receipt upon payment that you can then submit for reimbursement. Psychological services may also qualify as a tax-deductible medical expense on your income taxes. Payment
We require a credit card to be placed on file when you book your initial appointment as a part of the Intake Process. This saves time during and after the session and allows more time to focus on what you are coming in for. Session payment will be processed following your session and you will receive a receipt marked “paid” that you are then able to submit for reimbursement.
We do not accept eTransfer, cash or cheque at this time.
Missed Appointments
Your session time has been reserved especially for you. We ask that you provide 48-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations that do not occur prior to the 48-hour cancellation window will be subject to the full fee for the session. It is the responsibility of the client to attend or reschedule their session based on the scheduling and confirmation of the scheduled date and time.
This policy is to safeguard the availability of our therapists to be able to provide session availability for those committed to attending. The 48-hour notice allows our team to make their best effort to provide the slot to another client needing to get in.
Late cancellations or missed sessions without any notice will be charged the full fee rate.
